Garlic Olive Oil Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti (or your preferred pasta)
- 3–4 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 2–3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (optional, for deeper flavor)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Directions
1․ Cook the pasta in generously salted boiling water according to package instructions.
2․ While the pasta cooks, warm Garlic-infused olive oil in a pan over low heat.
3․ Add sliced garlic (if using) and cook gently for 1–2 minutes, just until fragrant—do not let it brown.
4․ Once the pasta is ready, reserve a small splash of pasta water, then drain.
5․ Add the pasta directly to the pan with the warm oil.
6․ Toss to coat, adding a bit of pasta water if needed to help the sauce cling.
7․ Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
8․ Finish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of extra Garlic-infused olive oil.
9․ Serve warm, with grated Parmesan on top if you like.
