Herbed Focaccia Bread

Soft homemade focaccia brushed with rosemary and basil olive oil.

Ingredients

    2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Ingredient icon
    2 tbsp Basil Olive Oil
  • Ingredient icon
    1 tsp instant yeast
  • Ingredient icon
    1 tsp salt
  • Ingredient icon
    ¾ cup warm water
  • Ingredient icon
    Fresh rosemary (optional, for topping)
  • Ingredient icon
    Flaky salt, for finishing

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
2. Add warm water and 1 tbsp of Rosemary & Basil–infused olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, until doubled in size.
4. Lightly oil a baking dish and gently press the dough into it.
6. Use your fingertips to create small dimples across the surface.
7. Drizzle with more Rosemary & Basil–infused olive oil, sprinkle with fresh rosemary and flaky salt.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C / 430°F for 18–20 minutes, until golden and slightly crisp on top.
9. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
