Ingredients
- 300 g shrimps
- 3 tablespoons Garlic & Chili Olive Oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Lemon wedge (for serving)
Directions
1․ Pat the shrimps dry and lightly season them with salt and black pepper.
2․ Heat Garlic & Chili Olive Oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
3․ Add the sliced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant and lightly golden (avoid browning).
4․ Increase the heat to medium and add the shrimps.
5․ Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and slightly curled.
6․ Sprinkle in chili flakes and adjust salt to taste.
7․ Remove from heat and toss with chopped parsley.
8․ Serve immediately with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
