At Foodico, we strive to provide premium-quality gourmet products and excellent customer service. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible, the product must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all labels and accessories (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened food products
• Products with broken seals
• Items not in original packaging
• Items damaged by incorrect storage or misuse

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@foodico.eu with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct warehouse address in Poland.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was:
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect
• Defective

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only if you received a defective or incorrect product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
• The packaging
• The product
• The shipping label

We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
