All prices displayed include VAT based on the customer’s destination country, in accordance with EU OSS regulations. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other available methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in Poland. Delivery times depend on destination country. Foodico is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened food products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. Intellectual Property
